Hey there! My name is Maggie, and I like people and maps.

I'm interested in bridging the gap between maps that identify a place and the stories of people who make the space by sparking connections, conversations, and action.

At my core, I'm a storyteller. Some of my past experience includes photojournalism at the Philadelphia Inquirer,

and community storytelling at Kensington Voice, and now I use these skills in my planning career to tell the stories of places and inform strategy for change.

I live in the SF Bay Area now! I moved here in August 2021 to earn my Master of City Planning degree from UC Berkeley College of Environmental Design.  So far, I am loving getting to learn in a place so different from PA and NJ. I've also become a bike commuter!

When I'm not in class, you can find me photographing, skateboarding, riding the bus and train for fun,

or listening to music.

I love to chat, so feel free to say hello:
