Maggie Loesch

During the week of December 19 to 25, 2017, I carried a small point-and-shoot camera with me everywhere I went. It is during these last weeks of the year that publications release their "Year in Photos" aggregations, focusing on major, newsworthy events. As a photojournalist, I decided to turn the lens to my own life and document the week as I lived and saw it. This was also a departure from shooting on a fully manual DSLR camera; the point-and-shoot only allows for ISO control. This is my week in photos.
